Hello, I was planning a trip to ukraine area for a couple of weeks in october. i was specifically interested in mineral water springs in carpathians, which if what ive heard is correct are just stunning with very soothing waters. Id like to stay at or near bukovel or in yaremcha town as im a pro skier in bc in canada and im hoping to go back and ski there this winter, if the snows good. where would you flying into? any nice hotels to stay in bukovel or yaremcha? ill be leaving from vancouver in canada.
There are springs of mineral water in many places in Western Ukraine. There are springs in Truskavets, Morshin, Svalyava, Polyana, ets. Almost all mineral water springs that I mentioned have different kind of waters. All these kind of mineral water are used for drinking in purpose of treatment. The nearest airports to mentioned places are Lviv and Uzhgorod. Uzhgorod airport is an airport only for domestic flights. Some international air flights arrive to Lviv airport.
